Senior Director of Sales

We are looking for a Senior Director of Sales, who will be responsible for revenue growth to meet established objectives for growth and profitability and will support in the execution of the complex and wide ranging duties of running a modern sales organization.  The Senior Director will also be responsible for a set number of customers. As a senior leader in the organization, the senior director will be required to execute financial forecasts, develop tools to control expenses and oversee personnel management.

Staff Accountant

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to maintain financial reports, records and general ledgers; prepare and analyze budgets, perform bookkeeping, and more. The Staff Accountant will report to the Corporate Controller and, at times, collaborate cross-functionally with operations and sales teams.

Estimator

We are seeking an Estimator with electrical or construction experience (electrical, lighting or in room controls preferred). The Estimator is primarily responsible for reviewing blue prints, drawings and schematics to determine type and placement of Evolve Room Control Devices. The Estimator will provide support to the sales people to ensure the technical portion of each proposal is correct.

Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented senior software engineer to help us grow and mature our newly released product, called the Evolve Room Operations Center, or ROC.

The background — after an intense development process, we are beginning to roll out our brand new guest experience and energy management platform to the hospitality industry. The product includes custom hardware and software, the latter of which includes Java code running in a Linux environment and .Net code running in Azure.

As we deploy to a growing list of properties who are waiting eagerly to experience ROC, we are looking to find someone who can help us continuously improve our nascent system, and help us organize and architect the future of our platform. The person we’re looking for will be comfortable thinking holistically about a system composed of diverse technologies. He or she will be able to design new features in a way that balances thoughtful reuse with the integration of new systems and technologies.

Account Executive

We are looking for an Account Executive to play a critical role within the Sales organization to promote growth and industry leadership in the hospitality controls market. This will be done by working with existing customer relationships to develop hospitality controls, software solutions (SaaS), and service agreements. This Account Executive will also be responsible to prospect for new customers and develop relationships to build new sales opportunities.
